of the low acidity. I'm wondering if your 2007 late veahrst is also low in
acidity. I would much rather purchase from a winery in WA State. Please give
me the information you have on this particular wine. I normally buy a case at a
time (but would need to try it first). There are many others here in Wenatchee
also looking for low acid wines, and I would love to share this information if
